You are going to hear the noise of battles close by and the news of battles far away, but do not be troubled. Such things must happen, but they do not mean the end has come.
Countries will fight each other, kingdoms will attack one another. There will be famine and earthquakes everywhere. All of these things are like the first pains of childbirth. Unknowing mankind will hate you for the things you have done, many will betray you, and few will be friends.
Many false prophets will appear and fool many people. Such will be the spread of evil word that many peoples love will grow cold, but whoever holds out will overcome.
History cannot be rewritten at the whim of a man who wishes it to be so, for history is just that - history, not someone's idea of what it could have been.
You cannot live a lie because that lie will cause you to be thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and other false prophets have already been thrown.
