Dear Sir:

Enclosed please find a copy of a letter from David D. Evseeff dated May 29 1996, which is self explanatory, and although it's contents are of little or no consequence to me, I would be more than interested in your answer to the two questions posted below.

I realize that your time is much more valuable than to be bothered with a "witch hunt", but I would really appreciate your assistance in this matter.  I definitely would want to receive a negative answer to both questions for there is nothing but shame to be felt to brag about phun hoang/ phoenix.

1.  With 450 Advisors trained at Fort Holabird, Maryland, over the years 1967-1972, each advisor had to have had at least 50 men per year at their command, or 200 men over 4 years.  That means that we are talking about ninty (90) thousand enlisted, mercenaries, and brig rats.

Only the Advisors were documented, and then these men were Majors, and these Advisors hardly went into the bush anyway.  Taking all this into consideration, how, without my service number, could Harry Smith be found in any branch of the service?

2.  My most important question; Taking into consideration privacy laws and Espionage laws, Title 18, U.S.C. Sec 793 and 794, not even to forget to consider the personal safety of those involved, would you, if you had found me, made my actions public?
